Q: Are your Services just for UK Businesses?

A: No! You can be an individual user or a company abroad. In fact, you can be anywhere on Planet Earth and get an account!

Q: How does Managed Mail Service work?

A: You send us your letters, invoices, photographs, postcards, advertising pieces etc as a PDF file along with the recipients address via our desktop tool, email 2 print or our mobile app 2 print service, we’ll then print it and pop it in the post for you. Simple as that!

Q: Do I need to be VAT registered?

A: No. We serve individuals and businesses that have a VAT number and those who do not.

Q: How much does it cost to setup an account?

Q: Do my Credits expire?

A: So long as you send just 1 item every 10 months with a Standard or Premium level account or 1 item every 6 months with a Basic level account then your account will remain live and credit active. If not, then your account may be closed and any remaining credit may be forfeited.

Q: Am I able to get a refund?

A: You can cancel your order within 14 days and receive a refund for the services not yet provided.
Should you choose to cancel your account after that, then we can refund any account balance but any purchased credits will need to be consumed as they cannot be refunded. Refund requests on individual mailing items due to machine or human error (i.e poor quality printing, item not sent on the specific date requested etc) are dealt with on a case by case basis – and our decision on whether to issue a refund, credit or not is at our sole discretion.

Q: Are You Royal Mail?

A: Nope, we are a third party company who provides  Done-For-You Print and Post services to individuals and businesses. Our business and services are not affiliated with or endorsed by Royal Mail or any other company. That being said, we do not have our own postmen or delivery vans and rely on providers like Royal Mail to deliver the mail.

Q: Will documents I send you remain private?

A: Yes. Absolutely. Files are uploaded in a secure and hacker safe environment. Whilst documents are printed and posted in a semi-automated fashion, we also operate by very strict data protection and confidentiality protocols that all staff must adhere to to in order to work for our company.

Q: How long will you keep my Files for?

A: Unless agreed otherwise we keep the files for 90 days after they were printed and posted. They are kept for this period so that you have the opportunity to look back at what documents you have sent, have the ability to re-send them (if necessary) and have proof of postage. If you require your files deleted earlier or kept for a longer period of time please contact us. All procedures comply with GDPR regulations.

Q: What should I do if I find a bug or need help?

Q: Whats the difference between the Print & Post Software and Virtual Franking Machine?

A: Nothing. We chose to use two software names to target two different customer bases. The Print & Post Software is mainly advertised to individuals and focuses more on all printing services we provide: letters, photographs, postcards, posters etc. Whereas the Virtual Franking Machine is marketed to businesses for dull as toast document printing.

Q: Besides the UK, What other countries can I send Mail to?

A: By default you will just be able to send mail to business and residential addresses in the United Kingdom. Need to send mail Abroad? Simply contact us to request other countries are unlocked on your account.

Q: Will the software run on PC and Mac?

A: Yep. It will work on both PC (requires Windows 7 or later) and Apple Mac computers without any issues. You will also need to download a free copy of Java for in order for it to run.

Q: Can I easily uninstall the Software?

A: Yes on the settings page of the tool, which is found on every page of the application there is an “Uninstall” button. Simply click that and within 20 seconds its gone from your device forever.

Q: How do I know I can trust your software?

A:Don’t worry, our tool can be trusted and has been qualified for a ‘Comodo Signing Certificate’, meaning it is protected and cannot download any adware, viruses, spyware, change your browsers home page or any of that malarkey. You can also click on the “Uninstall” button on the Settings page (accessible from any page in the application) at any time to remove the software within seconds from your computer.

Q: What’s the minimum top up & how do I pay?

A: The minimum top up is £10. You can pay this using any major credit or debit card or making an online/mobile/telephone bank transfer.
